Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. If you have not already registered at T2U, please go to Instructor Registration. This will submit your request for an Instructor account and is typically approved within 24-48 hours by our staff. You’ll receive an email once your account is approved and you can begin inviting your students to your class.

Yes, you can pick up where you left off. On your student dashboard, there are indicators of course progress. Also, within the course itself, checkmarks appear on modules you have completed/viewed.

Yes, instructors with students in their class/group are able to view grade reports and completions from within the course selected. Simply click on the Reports dropdown at the top right of your student list table to view progress, quiz results and course completion.

Yes, you may add or remove students from your class/group at any time. Simply click the Users dropdown menu at the top left of your student list in the “My Class” page.

Yes. You should always add your students via your Instructor Dashboard using the Users dropdown menu. This way they will be invited to register and will be immediately included in your class/group.

Yes. Instructors will receive notifications via email when live events and webinars are available.

We do not have a set timetable at this time for when new course will be added, but we are constantly working on producing engaging new content and courses to add to the T2U curriculum. You will be notified when there are new courses available for you to add to your class.
